In addition to individual and team coaching, I also offer seminars and lectures for companies and organizations. I draw on many years of experience in voluntary work. It is often difficult, especially for teams that work together on a voluntary basis, to fully exploit the potential of all members. A seminar day/weekend is suitable here to prepare the team for a specific challenge (projects, elections, etc.).
