Team Coaching

As social beings, we are always part of a group. In the personal sphere, we often put this group together ourselves – in the professional context, we usually don’t have this opportunity. This is why challenges are particularly common here – different personalities with different skills and values work together to achieve a common goal. Sometimes it is necessary to identify this common goal again with the team and to reflect on the team building phases and, if necessary, to repeat them again.
Team coaching is particularly useful in the following areas:

  • Team recognition and location determination
  • Increasing collaboration and cooperation
  • Distribution of roles and tasks based on potential identification
  • Elaboration of the common goal/vision
