Methods

I use a variety of different methods and tools for all three forms of coaching. In particular, the GPI® personality test serves as an excellent basis for recognizing one’s own basic direction and thus one’s own potential. In addition, I use many creative methods, including a theater-oriented approach, which allows one to see new perspectives and strengthen strengths.

Some of the methods I use most are:
